Dr. Carter has been caring for dogs and cats for more than 12 years. She enjoys preventive medicine, dentistry, and helping families understand their pets’ health in a practical, approachable way. Outside the hospital, she enjoys exploring Chicago neighborhoods with her rescue dog, Scout.
