Brian supports the medical team with patient care, room preparation, cleaning, and assisting with procedures. He enjoys learning from the technicians and doctors and hopes to continue growing his career in veterinary medicine. In his spare time, Brian enjoys biking, video games, and spending time with his dog.

Nicole has a natural ability to make people and pets feel at ease. She enjoys helping clients schedule care, understand next steps, and feel prepared for their pet’s visit. Outside the hospital, Nicole enjoys fitness classes, weekend getaways, and spending time with her family.

Erin is passionate about customer service and believes a great veterinary experience starts with a friendly welcome. She helps keep the front desk running smoothly while making sure clients feel heard and supported. Erin enjoys spending time outdoors, visiting family, and spoiling her two small dogs.

Marcus enjoys the fast pace of veterinary reception and takes pride in making each client interaction helpful and positive. He is especially interested in learning more about veterinary medicine and loves hearing stories about the pets he meets. Away from work, Marcus enjoys basketball, movies, and cooking.

Hannah brings a calm, organized approach to the front desk and enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets. She is always happy to help answer questions and coordinate appointments. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys reading, gardening, and exploring local shops and restaurants.

Olivia has a warm, reassuring presence with patients and clients alike. She enjoys assisting with procedures, monitoring anesthesia, and learning about new advances in veterinary medicine. She is also an enthusiastic animal rescue supporter and spends her weekends volunteering and exploring Chicago coffee shops.

Samantha is passionate about client education and helping families feel confident caring for their pets at home. She especially enjoys preventive medicine and puppy and kitten visits. When she is not at ABC Animal Hospital, Samantha enjoys yoga, painting, and spending time with her senior beagle.
